Return & Refund Policy

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We want you to have the best shopping experience ever! If you've received your order and an item is damaged or is the wrong product, you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item.  Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Please Note:

-We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect orders due to customer errors (chose wrong product, did not read sizing information, etc.)
-All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.
-You will be responsible for paying your own shipping and handling charges. These charges are non-refundable when returned for a refund/exchange. 
-Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. You must wait to receive it and then ship it back to us. 
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

      1. Upon approval, ship back your order directly to our manufacture warehouse centers that are located in Asia, Europe or Australia, depending on where your item was sent from. 

    1. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
